villa brings you into a large tiled
open-plan family area, perfect for a
relaxing evening.

this room is the formal dining area.

At the back of the
villa is the lounge area offering cable TV
with 100's of channels.

You can sit and look
at the view over the pool to the lake beyond
or go through the doors to the deck outside.

The breakfast area
separates the lounge from the fully-equipped
kitchen which boasts an oven, hob, microwave, large fridge
freezer, blender, toaster, coffee maker,
kettle, dishwasher, large selection of
crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils.
Bedrooms

The villa has 5 excellent
bedrooms, all of which can be ensuite and all include
walk-in wardrobes.

Bedroom 1 is the master
and has a King size bed
with ensuite bathroom
and doors out to the balcony which provides
stunning views over the lake. Flat screen cable TV.

Bedroom 2 has a
Queen size bed and
ensuite bathroom. Cable
TV. Through the window you can
see over the pool to the lake, whilst if you
wander into the ensuite bathroom there is a door
out to the pool deck.

Bedroom 3 is a further
double room with walk in storage cupboard and
Cable TV.

Bedroom 4 is our themed
"Rock" room with twin beds and walk-in cupboard. Cable TV.

Bedroom 5
is a bright and airy room which boasts a further
two single beds and walk-in cupboard.

Balcony, Pool & Games Room

One of the best features
of the property is the wonderful view you get
from the balcony, accesed via the master
bedroom.

Not only is it a
wonderful place to relax and soak up the sun but
it's also big enough to have breakfast each
morning.

The large south facing pool
runs the length of the house and will provide
hours of fun in the water. At
the end of the pool is a jacuzzi for those balmy
evenings relaxing with a glass of wine.

The deck itself provides plenty of room for al fresco dining or
just for relaxing on our plentiful supply of sunbeds.

We have converted the garage into a fully
equipped games room.

There is a high quality pool
table and
foosball table. Bar stools
and table are provided for the time
between games.
